Service Level Agreements (SLA) are available for the following Service Levels:

  • Response within 24 hours (Business days and hours only)
  • Response within 4 hours (Business days and hours only)
  • Response within 4 hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

An Emergency Support Contract guarantees availability of support personnel for the specified applications, during the specified days and times.
